Our Returns and Refund Policy
Bieuvana takes great pride in offering top-quality products to our customers. We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure that it meets our high standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange within seven days of receipt. However, there are some exceptions!
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Some items are final sale and therefore not eligible for refund or exchange. Please refer to the product page for more information.
Please contact our customer service department, "firstname.lastname@example.org," to process a return and include your order number, the item you would like, and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.

Damages and issues
Please look at your order when you get it and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund. If more than ten business days have passed since we authorized your return, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
